If you made it this far, it tells me you care deeply about your sellers and the difference a great agent can make in their lives.
As someone who spent 33 years in education as a teacher then academic coach, simplifying complex concepts and building systems from nothing, I now combine that expertise with home staging to help real estate agents like you sell every listing for top dollar.
Having staged 100s of occupied houses, I know what it's like to lead others through the preparation process, hitting roadblocks of overwhelm or resistance, and wondering, "What the heck am I supposed to do now?"
I built this masterclass because I've seen it over and over: when agents are guessing what to do and how to get sellers to actually follow through on home preparation, it's not about skill, effort or luck. It's about the systems you have or don't have to work from.
