A note from Amy (Nelson) Reddick
Your Host and Occupied Home Staging Expert
As someone who spent 33 years in education as a teacher then academic coach, training professionals, simplifying complex concepts, and building systems where there previously were none, Amy now combines that expertise with home staging to help real estate agents stand out. She works with agents to remove the guesswork from listing preparation, successfully work with sellers, elevate each house, and use this to generate more business.
Amy stages occupied and vacant homes north of Pittsburgh, as well as conducts Remote Consultations. She is a one-person team, and her husband is her “I-do-everything-else” assistant for vacants.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Education, a Principal’s Certificate, and staging certifications from Home Staging Resource and Occupied Consultation Specialist, and is a certified Color Strategist.
Amy lives with her husband, Ed, and has two grown sons. In her spare time, she enjoys staging houses with her Home Transformations Staging business, reading, hiking, watching crime shows, travelling, fixing up their house, and learning new things.
